• December 11, 2009 Latina A.R.M.Y. receives a $5,000 grant from the Bank of America Charitable Foundation on behalf of the bank's Connecticut Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Advancement (CT HOLA).  

HOLA's mission is to extend Bank of America's efforts in retaining and developing Hispanic/Latino associates, and provides a forum through which senior leaders can mentor, coach and develop Hispanic/Latino associates who have demonstrated a strong potential to succeed within the Bank. HOLA supports many internal and external programs including organizing Latino Heritage Week activities and coordinating charitable giving.
